- Shopify's GraphQL Admin API has rate limits of 50 points per second for standard plans — high-volume order syncs may experience brief throttling.
- The theme app extension requires an Online Store 2.0 theme. Vintage (non-2.0) themes need the standalone embed script instead.
- Real-time order sync depends on Shopify webhook delivery, which typically takes under 1 second but can occasionally delay by a few seconds during peak traffic.
- Shopify Billing charges are processed in the store's currency, which may differ from cellbot's GBP pricing — Shopify handles conversion automatically.
