The AI only quotes what's in your pricebook — if a repair isn't listed, it tells the customer and offers to connect them with your team.
What happens when a customer books a repair?
A draft order is created in your Shopify admin with the repair details and quoted price. You can then send an invoice to the customer through Shopify's normal checkout flow. The repair ticket is tracked in cellbot's dashboard with full status updates.
Can I use cellbot alongside my existing Shopify theme?
