Can cellbot replace my existing POS system?
cellbot captures repair enquiries, quotes and unpaid bookings. Payment collection stays with your normal Shopify or in-store process; cellbot does not collect customer payment or create an order or draft.
What if I repair devices not listed on your site?
Quotes depend on the device coverage included in your plan and the prices configured for your shop. If a repair cannot be matched, the widget asks for more detail or directs the customer to your team.
Where can my team see bookings?
Open cellbot from Apps in Shopify Admin. App Home shows recent storefront booking references, customer contact details, appointments and unpaid status.
Is my data secure?
