Years of repair.
Built into software.
After more than 20 years in tech repair, Sajad built cellbot with his son Hassan to fix the quoting, booking, and customer communication problems they knew first-hand.
Sajad
Founder
Sajad has spent many years in the tech repair industry — running repair shops, marketing businesses, content companies, and creative agencies. He previously founded CellTech, a tech repair business in Birmingham. After two years of development, he built cellbot to solve the problem he saw every day: independent repair shops losing customers because their websites couldn't quote prices, book repairs, or answer questions outside business hours.
Hassan
Technical Lead & Co-Builder
Hassan is studying computer science and serves as cellbot's technical lead. He has been hands-on with every aspect of the platform — from the AI chat engine and Shopify integration to the dashboard UI and real-time infrastructure. He and Sajad have spent the last six months building cellbot from the ground up.
Why do shops, resellers, and refurbishers need better software?
Most repair shop websites cannot answer the first question many customers ask: customer asks: “How much will this cost?” cellbot puts an AI assistant on your site that quotes from a real pricebook, books the repair, and takes payment — 24/7.
After many years in the tech repair industry, Sajad had seen the same problem at every shop — including his own. “Most tech repair business websites are, honestly, embarrassing,” he says. “Very few have actual pricing. The overall experience is lacking. Even shops that provide great in-store service lose customers online because their website can't answer basic questions.”
He'd run repair shops, marketing businesses, content companies, and creative agencies. He knew the problem from every angle. And he'd always dreamed of a tool that could bridge the gap between what customers expect online and what an independent repair shop can deliver while the team is busy at the bench.
That tool became cellbot. Rebuilt from the ground up since July 2025, Sajad and his son Hassan — a computer science student and cellbot's technical lead — have gone all-in: building 90+ features, 16 AI tools, a Pro Plus pricebook covering 2,300+ devices, and a Shopify workflow from scratch.
“We're placing cellbot as a global tool with the potential to strengthen independent repair shops, resellers, and refurbishers — single store or multi-store chain. Our 50th customer, we will treat as our very first.”
