The right RepairShopr alternative depends on the workflow that is failing:
- RepairDesk is the relevant replacement when repair-retail POS, inventory, supplier integrations and current customer-acquisition tools are the priority.
- Cellbot is the relevant paid option when an independent UK shop prioritises AI web enquiries, a repair pricebook and Shopify in one repair-commerce workflow.
- Orderry is the broader service-operations option with the lowest published entry price in this group.
- Fixably is the specialist route when Apple GSX, OEM integrations or enterprise depot after-sales are mandatory.
The correct answer may be stay with RepairShopr. Its current public plans still combine tickets, CRM, estimates, inventory, POS, field jobs, recurring invoicing, time tracking, leads, a customer portal and integrations. A migration is not an upgrade if it breaks the hybrid repair and IT-service model that RepairShopr already supports.
Conflict disclosure: Cellbot publishes this guide and Hassan helps build Cellbot. We are not an independent reviewer of our own product. The former version's claimed hands-on testing, anonymous support judgements and unsourced seven-vendor list have been removed.
RepairShopr alternatives at a glance
| Path | Best-documented fit | Current public entry price | Main risk |
| Stay with RepairShopr | Repair plus field jobs, recurring invoices or IT service | $69.99/month Starter | Entry caps and whether current product development fits the shop |
| RepairDesk | Repair retail, POS, inventory and multi-store operations | $99/store/month quarterly; $79 annually | Per-store structure and required add-ons |
| Cellbot | UK independent prioritising AI-led web repair commerce | $69/month | Younger ecosystem and lower-tier limits |
| Orderry | Broad repair, field-service and retail operations | $39/month Hobby | Employee, location and tier costs as the team grows |
| Fixably | Apple-authorised, OEM or depot after-sales | Quote required | Scope, implementation and contract may exceed an independent shop's needs |
Prices remain in vendor currencies and may exclude tax, usage, payments, hardware or implementation. Compare the usable three-year scope.
What RepairShopr currently offers
RepairShopr pricing currently lists:
| Plan | Monthly price | Tickets and invoices | Users | Locations |
| Starter | $69.99 | 75/month | 1 | 1 |
| Repair Shop | $139.99 | Unlimited | 10 | 1 |
| Big Chain | $149.99 | Unlimited | 10 | 2+ |
Annual pricing is also displayed. The page reviewed does not list the free Hobbyist plan repeated in older articles.
RepairShopr's feature page documents repair ticketing, estimates, inventory, POS, parts ordering, a customer portal, field jobs, marketing, reporting and multi-location management. Its plan list adds recurring invoicing, time clock, job timer, leads, website integration and QuickBooks integration.
Those are credible reasons to stay when the business combines bench repair with call-outs or recurring service. Before switching, test whether configuration, training or a targeted integration solves the measured problem at lower cost.
Prove the switching trigger
Translate dissatisfaction into a pass condition.
| Complaint | Evidence from the current system | Alternative must prove |
| “The plan caps us” | Monthly tickets, invoices, users and stores | A three-year plan that fits growth without hidden scope loss |
| “Website leads are weak” | Enquiry source, response time, quote and booking completion | One accurate quote-to-repair journey with ownership and escalation |
| “Inventory is unreliable” | Negative stock, unreserved parts, write-offs and reconciliation | Same exception set with an audit trail |
| “We need better field work” | Jobs, travel, time, parts and on-site payment failures | A complete mobile field scenario, not a desktop demo |
| “Reporting is poor” | The decision that cannot be made from current data | Reproduce that decision from the same sample records |
| “We need AI” | The particular customer or staff job | Accuracy, guardrails, logs, permissions and usage cost |
If the team cannot show the current failure, migration may only move the same process problem.
Alternative 1: RepairDesk for repair retail
RepairDesk's pricing page lists Essential at $99 per store per month quarterly or $79 annually and Growth at $149 quarterly or $119 annually. Essential lists five users; Growth eight; both list unlimited tickets. Advanced is quote-based.
RepairDesk documents repair tickets, POS, inventory, purchasing, reporting and an integration directory. It also markets Connect for several communication channels, Appointments Pro for website quote and booking capture, and ARIA for phone enquiries.
Shortlist RepairDesk when
- repair-retail counter, hardware and stock workflows are the switch trigger;
- multiple staff need access beyond RepairShopr Starter's one user;
- Connect, Appointments Pro or ARIA addresses a measured acquisition gap; or
- a required supplier, accounting, payment or e-commerce integration is documented.
Stay with RepairShopr when
- field jobs, recurring invoicing and IT-service workflows are more important than retail depth;
- the current team is trained and the proposed gain does not repay migration; or
- RepairDesk's per-store and add-on total exceeds the value of the improvement.

Alternative 2: Cellbot for AI-led repair commerce
Cellbot's current pricing is $69 Starter, $99 Pro and $179 Pro Plus per month, billed in USD. Starter includes 1,000+ built-in iPhone and iPad repair prices. Pro includes 3,000+ iPhone, iPad and Samsung prices. Pro Plus includes up to 10,000 prices across those families, other Android phones and MacBook, plus the installable mobile app with the full communications pack. Starter supports one location, one team member and 100 repairs. Pro supports up to three locations, five team members and unlimited repairs. Pro Plus lists unlimited locations and team members.
Cellbot's feature page documents website AI chat, configured-price quotes, bookings, deposits, repair records, a tiered pricebook, Shopify, communications, inventory and staff Copilot functions.
Shortlist Cellbot when
- the problem starts with web enquiries rather than field IT service;
- a built-in repair pricebook reduces real setup and maintenance work;
- Shopify is part of the repair or resale journey; and
- the required users, locations and repairs fit the intended tier.
Stay with RepairShopr when
- field jobs, recurring invoices or time tracking are central and Cellbot cannot demonstrate them;
- mature POS hardware or an established integration is required; or
- a younger product's support and edge-case risk outweighs the proposed customer-acquisition gain.
Cellbot is paid-only. Its 14-day first-subscription guarantee is not a free trial.
Alternative 3: Orderry for broader service operations
Orderry pricing lists Hobby at $39 per month for two employees and 100 work orders or sales per 30 days. Startup begins at $69, Business at $99 and Enterprise at $199; extra employee and location charges vary by plan. A seven-day trial is advertised.
Orderry documents work orders, repair, field service, POS, inventory, warehouses, scheduling, payroll, customer records, payments, AI tools and Shopify ordering across its product and pricing pages.
Shortlist Orderry when
- the business spans repair, field service and retail but RepairShopr's limits or workflow are the problem;
- a two-user, 100-job Hobby plan genuinely fits; or
- its broader scheduling, warehouse or payroll model passes the shop's tests.
Stay with RepairShopr when
- extra employee/location charges erase the apparent saving;
- recurring IT service fits RepairShopr more naturally; or
- moving requires significant workflow configuration without a measured operational gain.
Alternative 4: Fixably for authorised after-sales
Fixably Repair documents repair orders, configurable workflows, customer communication, POS, inventory, reporting, logistics, contracts and OEM integrations. Its Apple GSX page documents parts, warranty, diagnostics, appointments and labour handling inside Apple repair orders.
Fixably's pages reviewed route buyers to a meeting or demo rather than publishing a self-serve plan table.
Shortlist Fixably when
- Apple GSX or another authorised-service workflow is mandatory;
- depot logistics, OEM contracts or enterprise API work drives the change; and
- the quoted implementation and support model fits the business.
Stay with RepairShopr when
- the company is an independent repair or IT-service business without an OEM requirement;
- the enterprise scope creates more cost and complexity than the current problem; or
- a specific Fixably workflow has not been demonstrated and priced.
Switching-cost model
The monthly difference is not the cost of change.
Estimate every term from evidence:
- paid vendor services and internal owner time;
- customer, ticket, inventory, balance and attachment migration;
- accounting, payment, messaging, website and hardware retesting;
- role-based staff practice;
- both subscriptions during the controlled overlap; and
- reduced repair capacity during cutover, labelled as an assumption.
Set the decision horizon before calculating payback. A saving that takes longer than the likely contract or product review period to recover is weak evidence for a move.
A safe RepairShopr migration
- Export before signing. Inspect customers, tickets, devices, stock, balances, messages, attachments and identifiers.
- Map fields. Record destination, transformation, owner and acceptance rule for every required field.
- Use a difficult sample. Include duplicate-looking customers, a revised quote, partial payment, refund, warranty return, serialised stock and opt-outs.
- Rebuild integrations. Test success, failure, retry and duplicate prevention.
- Reconcile a pilot. Compare counts, open balances, stock and permissions with RepairShopr.
- Freeze and cut over. Import the final delta and define a rollback owner.
- Keep evidence read-only. Cancel only after exports, retention duties and live totals have been checked.
The repair shop CRM guide contains a field-level migration model. The 30-day software buyer test adds demo and contract gates; the 14-day trial checklist supplies a repeatable hands-on scenario and export test.
RepairShopr alternative FAQs
Is RepairShopr shutting down?
We found an active public product, pricing and integration site on 26 August 2026. Do not make a migration decision from forum speculation. If roadmap or continuity matters, ask RepairShopr for current contractual, support and product information in writing.
Is RepairShopr free?
The current public pricing page reviewed does not list a free plan. Starter is $69.99 per month with one user, one location and 75 tickets and invoices. Verify the offer available to your account before budgeting.
What is the cheapest RepairShopr alternative?
Orderry has the lowest published headline entry price in this four-option set at $39 per month. It is capped at two employees and 100 work orders or sales. Cellbot begins at $69, RepairDesk at $99 per store quarterly and Fixably requires a quote. Total scope determines the real answer.
Which alternative is best for a computer repair and IT-service business?
RepairShopr itself may remain the best fit because it documents field jobs, recurring invoicing and time tracking alongside repair tickets. If a switch is still necessary, test Orderry's broader service workflow and RepairDesk's repair-retail workflow with the same field and recurring jobs.
Which alternative is best for a phone repair retailer?
RepairDesk has the strongest public repair-retail positioning in this set. Cellbot is the more direct candidate for AI-led web repair commerce and a built-in pricebook. Compare counter, inventory, website, Shopify and warranty scenarios in the actual paid tiers.
Can RepairShopr data be imported elsewhere?
Import capability depends on the export and destination. Require a sample mapping, rejected-row report and reconciliation before signing. A claim of CSV support does not prove that device relationships, ticket history, attachments or balances survive.
Sources and review method
This guide was fully reviewed on 27 August 2026 using current RepairShopr, RepairDesk, Orderry, Fixably and Cellbot first-party pages. We retained vendor currencies, removed obsolete free-plan and unsourced product-quality claims, and did not claim hands-on testing. Public pages establish advertised capability; the switching and migration tests establish fit.
