Use customisable email templates for status updates, invoices, and collection reminders — all sent through your Outlook account.

Native Integration

Native Integration

Outlook is a first-class integration built directly into cellbot. No third-party connectors, no middleware — it just works out of the box.

Good to know

  • Microsoft 365 has a daily sending limit of 10,000 recipients per day — more than sufficient for repair shops, but bulk marketing emails are not recommended through this integration.
  • Microsoft Graph API rate limits apply — 10,000 requests per 10 minutes per mailbox. Normal cellbot usage is well within this threshold.
  • Microsoft OAuth tokens expire after 90 days of inactivity and may need re-authorisation if the account is dormant.
  • Shared mailboxes in Microsoft 365 require specific permissions to be granted by your tenant admin before they can be connected.
