Use Cases

How repair shops use Outlook

Real-world scenarios where the Outlook integration makes a difference.

See incoming messages from known customer addresses in that customer's communication history.

Keep replies sent from cellbot visible in Outlook Sent Items.

Choose a default connected address for staff replies.

Native Integration

Native Integration

Outlook is a first-class integration built directly into cellbot. No third-party connectors, no middleware — it just works out of the box.

Good to know

  • New messages sync within minutes rather than instantly.
  • Incoming matching uses the sender email saved on a customer profile; unmatched senders are not attached automatically.
  • Replies currently start from customer profiles rather than individual repair threads.
  • Microsoft sending and API limits still apply to your connected account.
