Good to know
- The Slack integration is currently in development and not yet available.
- Slack API rate limits allow approximately 1 message per second per channel — shops processing many tickets simultaneously may see slight notification delays.
- Slack notifications are one-directional — you cannot reply to a Slack message to update a cellbot ticket (use the dashboard link instead).
- Slack's free plan retains only 90 days of message history, so older notification messages will be archived.
