New Repair Alerts
Get a Slack message every time a customer books a repair through the AI widget. See the device, issue, and quoted price without leaving Slack.
Status Change Notifications
Track repair progress in Slack. When a technician updates a repair status, the team channel gets an automatic update.
Payment Notifications
Know immediately when a customer pays. Deposit received, full payment, and refund notifications all appear in your chosen Slack channel.
Channel Routing
Route different notification types to different channels — new repairs to #repairs, payments to #finance, urgent issues to #alerts.
Rich Message Formatting
Slack notifications include structured blocks with customer details, repair info, and quick-action links back to the cellbot dashboard.

Add cellbot to Slack
Go to cellbot Settings > Integrations and click Connect Slack. Authorise cellbot to post to your workspace.
Choose Your Channels
Select which Slack channels receive which notification types. Route new repairs, status changes, and payments to the right teams.
Customise Notifications
Configure which events trigger Slack messages. Filter by repair value, urgency, or repair type to avoid notification noise.

Good to know
- The Slack integration is currently in development and not yet available.
- Slack API rate limits allow approximately 1 message per second per channel — shops processing many repairs simultaneously may see slight notification delays.
- Slack notifications are one-directional — you cannot reply to a Slack message to update a cellbot repair (use the dashboard link instead).
- Entry-level Slack workspaces retain only 90 days of message history, so older notification messages will be archived.
