- Only QuickBooks Online is supported — QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Self-Employed are not compatible.
- QuickBooks API rate limits allow up to 500 requests per minute per connection — shops with extremely high daily volumes may see brief sync delays.
- The OAuth connection to QuickBooks expires after 100 days of inactivity and will need to be re-authorised from cellbot settings.
- Invoice line items are synced as service-type items — inventory tracking for parts must be managed directly in QuickBooks.
